Cabernet Sauvignon
The Caberent Sauvignon Saramento has intensely dark ruby colour and taste is medium rich. There is a lot of ripe dark berries and cherries, which are nicely intertwined with sweet tannins. The taste ends with a nice long aftertaste, in which an elegant touch of wood and spiciness can be detected. The smell is reminiscent of ripe dark berries, green peppers, liquorice, prunes, vanilla and smoke. This wine can be served with all kinds of steaks and medallions, especially with pepper and truffle-based sauces. It also goes well with venison and small ruminants and medium-ripened cheeses.
Harvest: hand harvested

With biological deacidification (MLF), which takes place immediately after the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is soft and juicy. The wine matures in large oak barrels. In order to maintain a pleasant fruitiness, part of the wine is also matured in stainless steel containers.
